Who we are...

Light of Africa began in January 2003. It’s primary purpose is to train and equip local national Christian leadership to do their work more effectively. Light of Africa provides ministry training in areas of need which include Evangelism Training, Bible School, Pastor Mentoring, Sunday School Teacher Training, Orphanage Care-Giver Training, Educational Consultation for Christian Schools, Leadership Training, etc. These powerful equipping programs are conducted at Light of Africa’s office in downtown Livingstone or at the local church. Coursework is offered free of charge or for the minimal cost of materials only.

Light of Africa is a registered 50l (c) 3 non-profit tax exempt organization registered in the USA. It is led by a Board of Directors from the USA and is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. LOA is also registered in Zambia as a Limited by Guarantee non-profit ministry and has a local Board of Directors.
